1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using abccustomprint.net (the “Site”) or placing an order with ABC Custom Print (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Services
ABC Custom Print provides custom printing services, products and related supply and design services (collectively, the “Services”). All Services are subject to availability and eligibility requirements and these Terms.
3. Orders & Pricing
All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase. Once you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order — acceptance occurs when we process the order for production and send a separate order-processing confirmation.
Prices displayed on the Site are in the currency shown and exclude taxes, duties and shipping (unless stated). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders containing errors.
4. Payment
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We accept payment methods displayed on the Site. Payment is taken at the time the order is processed. If payment authorization is denied, we may cancel your order.
5. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping estimates are estimates only and start from the date of our order-processing confirmation. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are custom-made, returns may be limited. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate and, at our discretion, repair, replace or refund the affected item. Refunds, when issued, will be applied to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is owned or licensed by ABC Custom Print and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
8. User Content
When you submit artwork, photos or other content for printing (“User Content”), you grant ABC Custom Print a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and process the User Content for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for internal marketing and quality purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and that its use will not infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to reject User Content that violates these Terms or that contains illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or Services to upload, transmit or print content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or promotes hate, violence or illegal activities. We may remove or refuse any content or order in our sole discretion.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ABC CUSTOM PRINT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold ABC Custom Print harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your account, or cancel orders, at our discretion if you breach these Terms or for any conduct we consider harmful. Termination will not limit other remedies available to us.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will post an updated Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
